Advance Node Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (UBN (統一編號) 57587987) sells paid consulting services remotely. This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and charge disputes.

Cooling-off period (distance contracts)

For consumers purchasing services at a distance under the Consumer Protection Act, a seven-day cooling-off period (七日猶豫期) may apply from the date of contract formation unless an exception below applies. To exercise withdrawal, email info@advance-node.digital with your name, contract date, and service description within seven days.

Exceptions

Services already performed with your prior consent, or digital deliverables already supplied and consumed, are commonly excluded from withdrawal once delivery began. Custom consulting sprints billed after milestones are completed are non-refundable for completed milestones.

Deposits and scheduling

Deposits reserve calendar capacity. Cancellations more than five business days before a scheduled start may receive a full deposit refund; later cancellations may forfeit the deposit or be credited toward rescheduled work, as stated in your statement of work.

Partial refunds

If we terminate an engagement without cause before completion, we refund unused prepaid fees for undelivered work. If you terminate for convenience after work started, fees cover hours and expenses incurred through the termination date.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where feasible.

Disputes

We aim to resolve billing concerns directly. You may also use consumer dispute channels available in Taiwan if we cannot reach agreement.
