Engagements are scoped in writing before billable time begins. We do not sell anonymous “hours blocks” without a delivery outcome attached.

Technical review

A fixed-scope review of your CI/CD paths, infrastructure-as-code, and release controls. You receive a prioritized report with evidence links to repositories or pipelines we were permitted to inspect. Suitable when leadership needs an independent read before funding a larger build.

Implementation sprint

Time-boxed pairing inside your repos: pipeline modules, deployment hooks, policy gates, or environment parity fixes. We commit through pull requests your team merges, with runbooks for on-call engineers.

Embedded delivery support

Multi-week support during a migration or major release train—daily syncs, blocker removal, and automation to keep the train moving. Scope is capped weekly so finance can forecast spend.

What we need from you

Read-only access paths, a named technical counterpart, and clarity on compliance constraints (data residency, change windows, approval chains). We align with your incident process rather than introducing a parallel command structure.
