Terms for paid programming consulting services from Advance Node Software Consulting Co., Ltd.
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms govern consulting services offered by Advance Node Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Company”), UBN (統一編號) 57587987, registered address No. 16, Zhongzheng Road, Tamsui District, New Taipei City, 251, Taiwan. Representative (代表人): Chen Wei-Ting.
Services
We provide paid programming consulting focused on DevOps and delivery automation: project-based software engineering, technical reviews, and implementation support. Specific fees, milestones, and deliverables are defined in a written statement of work or proposal accepted by you—not on this marketing site.
Engagements
Work begins after mutual written agreement (email acceptance is sufficient) describing scope, timeline, fees, and invoicing rhythm. Either party may pause work if the other materially breaches payment or access obligations, after reasonable notice.
Your responsibilities
You provide timely access to repositories, environments, and decision-makers needed for the scope. Delays caused by missing access may shift timelines without reducing fees for work already performed.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, you receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for you upon full payment. Pre-existing tools and templates remain our property with a license for your internal use when embedded in deliverables.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public technical and business information as confidential and use it only to perform the engagement. You agree not to disclose our proprietary methods shared under NDA when marked confidential.
Warranties and liability
Consulting services are provided with professional care but without guaranteed outcomes. Except where prohibited by Taiwan law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in New Taipei City have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
